anyone here a doctor? if my friend has a chronic cough, losing hair, and puffy eyes after she wakes up everytime, nap or sleep: going on for about a month, what should she do? super low on vitamin D but started taking vita D pills but is it something else?

Don't you think I would try to use all resources if she already went to the doctor and he said it was low vitamin D but doesn't seem like that's the answer?
