the best places are obviously hakuba and niseko. These are the two places with the most internationally friendly vibe in all of japan. Nothing compares to these two places in japan. This means obviously theres more jobs to be had in either one than almost the rest of japan combined, but it also means theres more demand.

Pity you cant speak japanese. Frankly if you can throw out a decent amount of j-go youd be in pretty high demand at some of the other places like zao or myoko as they try to convince foreigners to come stay there. people there know people who know people. Spend some time posting on the forums and so long as you come across as a decent enough guy, someone somewhere will have a backdoor for you come next winter :)
