Is it just me or does it seem like there's been less sales since TruSnow took over?

But be weary. Please take note of the newbs who point hussy and post threads that have been made 5 times. You don't want to be one of them. Make quality reviews and forum posts and do it for things you actually own, not "this jacket is sick I really hope I can get some money so I can get it" and you'll fit in fine.

Welcome!

Where did you get this from?

The first page of this thread, and even on the main TruSnow shopping page it says "NOT valid on 2011 Gear"

Yesterday in the Customer Service / FAQ sub-forum of the Online Staff section, I asked this question about item availability & member discounts. Since the online staff isn't as big as it was before, it looks like it's better posed here where there's more "traffic & exposure." So here it is again...

It looks like all shops under the Active Sports Inc. umbrella share inventory. If TruSnow's parent company's other online retailers has an item/colorway/size on their site, but it is not available thru TruSnow how can we get the item thru TruSnow?

I know I could just buy it thru The-House or ProBoardShop or TightBoards, but I won't save as much because on TruSnow offers the member discount.

Thanks in advance.
PS: This is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were missing. ~Mitch Hedberg

Ahhh, just realized that I have been missing my daily login points. Found out I have to log out and then log back in to get them. Not just visit the site. Lost out on about 20 something points... oh well live and learn. Anyone else have to do the same thing?

Member discounts aren't working for 2011 gear yet but i did see some 2011 burton gear that was 15% off. The other brands 2011 gear should also be discounted.

also remember you get a permanent, extra 10% discount at 500 member points and that jumps to 15% at 1,500 points.  fyi - it does not automatically apply to all brands like it used to, but they are improving that all the time.

Just looking for clarification on the purchase points.

http://www.trusnow.com/snowboard-members.asp

states: Shop      3point/$10 purchase      unlimited

However when you click on "* Click here for details on earning and losing points"

it states: "you can earn one point for every $10 dollars spent; for example if you spend $248 you get 24 points"

Can someone who works here or has bought/given points for purchases let me know which one it is. There are a few end of season items I am looking to purchase.

it was 1 point per 10 before. not its 3 per $10. keep in mind they dont round up/down or store your carry over points. if you buy $19 you get 3 points.
