It's supposed to be in the 80's in the LA area next week. Where is the cold whether, this warm front is ruining the mountain mojo.

I was at bear this weekend too, they need snow badly. Supposed to cool down by mid week though, and they should be able to pump out some new snow. Chance of natural stuff as well. We can only hope!

It should be cold enough to blow snow in the next few days, but it might not make a difference with all the rain we're supposed to get.

Cold weather is in Australia, sorry! Our mountains all got between 10-20cm of snow a couple of days ago which has devastatingly melted, and where I am.. An hour and a bit away from Falls Creek we haven't got over 15C in a week.. And it's Summer!

I'm loving this weather, mountains are getting hammered with snow here, but nothing is coming into town which makes for great driving conditions to the resorts even on the powder days like today!

Has anyone been up to Bear since they finally got some snow last week? How is it? It looks pretty good on the web cam, I can't wait to get back to Cali and head up.
