A Powerbar for me. Easy to fit in your pocket and also quick to eat for some quick fuel to keep you going with little downtime.

For some reason boarding always makes me want a nice sloppy plate of nachos and a pitcher of beer at lunch or at the end of the day (or both).

Personally I've never understood the "can't stop, gotta keep cranking through laps" mentality.  I like to enjoy my time at the mountain.  If that means kicking back with some friends in the lodge for lunch and some cocktails at halftime, then so be it.  I don't know if I've ever made it to the end of the day and thought "man, I wish I hadn't stopped so I could get more runs in".

Don't get me wrong, I can always use more days on the mountain Big smile.  I'm just saying I don't feel the need to see how many times I can blast down the same trail all day.  To each his own I guess.

powerbars or trailmix, and gatorade in a camelback. Its usually enough to get me through the day on the mountain.
