I love my Burton AK Oven Mitt, but I am having a little trouble holding grabs.  Anybody have any tips to help me out?  Thanks.

Is this a joke thread?

Grab tighter
Get gloves with more grip
Cut your hands off so you dont have to worry about it

i have had 20 pairs of gloves, top of the line stuff, but never have my hands been so warm as they have been with my AK Oven Mitts.

You're off track bro!! anyways far as O.t. it shouldn't matter whether its gloves you wear or mitts you wear.. your actual hands are doing the grabbing not something that covers your hands to keep them warm..
don't blame the gear, blame your self for failing!!

Just gotta find some with that super gnarly, really smooth and shiny grip.  By far the best I've used.  I have some Burton pipe gloves that have it all over in polka dots, they work awesome.  Also just scored a pair of Celtek x Youth Shelter gloves and the entire palm is covered with it.  Feels like the gloves practically get stuck together when you put your hands palm to palm.

stretch before you ride and get your flexibly up, if you cant get your finger over the edge it doesn't matter if you are wearing gloves or mitten. Also try grabbing you boot or binding, that can help you learn grabs too.

There is no way on this planet that can be a real question.

If it is, please never post again.

I dont see how this is a big problem? Maybe you just need to make sure your not pushing down right when you grab.
I make handmade longboards PM me for info.

I'm guessing that your problem is similar to mine; that you are a cat and you don't have opposable thumbs, but can type in perfect English for 30 seconds after a bong hit.  What you need to do is meow meow mewo mrrrowmeow

I told you darn cats to stay off the internet! Smoking up all the trees. Typical, just like a cat.

Shouldn't be that much harder.  You don't even really have to grab a grab  unless you bone it out.

What is this? mitts shouldnt cause you not to be able to hold grabs. Like either you are not flexible at all, not doing your grabs right, or your using this as your excuse why your grabs suck.

If i were you i would spend more time working on my snowboarding and less time posting bs questions like this one

I guess the era of if you don't have nothing nice to say then don't say nothing at all is over?  It's cool.  I would just punch people in the face in person. And I understand most of these people say rude things on here because they can't verbally express themselves in the company of others.

I will continue to tweak my grabs so far out that I look like gumby and maybe one day go back to gloves :)

I guess the era of not punching people in the face because they dont say what you want to hear is over?
