I really enjoy snowboarding and I want my buddy to experience the joy but there is one problem. He is huge! He wears a size 18 shoe and I have never seen boots in that size. Does anyone know if you can get them in that size or if there is a website where you can have them make em that big or anything?

Yea boots would only be half of the problem, you also have to get bindings and a board that will support those boats. As someone said Ride does make larger boots but I'm not sure about the bindings. How tall is he and how much does he weigh?

If ride makes boots for size 16-22.....do they also make bindings for that size? Cuz otherwise the boots would be useless.

Ride caps out at size 15 on their bindings (as do most other manufacturers), While I don't normally advocate for Technine Bindings, they do have a XXL binding that caps out at a size 18. Given the limits of your buddy's sizing, could be worth looking into.
