Haha, I don't blame you. I have my preferred places (the local ones who are all too willing to refer me elsewhere if they think somewhere else has something better) who do an awesome job. But the rest, I try and avoid. At least socks are useful... I always end up buying beanies.. I've lost count of the number I have now!
Not surprisingly, places are getting really suspicious of people just trying stuff on.. since so many people are trying locally and then buying off the net. Have you had a look on Chain Reaction Cycles for wax? They now have a snow section, and do free postage on orders over $440 (changes depending on exchange rate).. The BF and I got over our quota in less than half an hour, so it's not hard to do! Their freight for orders <$440 seems fairly reasonable as well! |

Have you tried speaking to management in some stores and asking if you can buy bulk quantities at a discount? Loads of places can do things cheaper if you buy in bulk.. More than you may think.. so it might just be worth asking the question..!

Does anyone know where i can find any bulk generic all temp wax in Australia
to put in persecptive we pay around 25-30 bucks for 150g standard all temp http://stmonline.com.au/product_info.php?cPath=61_16&products_id=4497 and US pay about half as much http://www.evo.com/wax/one-ball-jay-biogreen-hot.aspx... 12.50 but you can get 1lb block (~450g) for 20 bucks http://www.bluebirdsales.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=54 paying freight for blocks of wax from states is rather expensive and negatates pretty much any saving you get....sure i can put in with existing order but i dont plan on buying anything anytime soon. just wondering if anyone out there knows |
