I may have the apocalypse jimi scott you want. I am not for sure what model it is but the bottom looks just like your picture. I am not overly knowledgeable on old snowboards so I though I would give it a try. I can send you some pictures of it if you want.

This would be faaaaar too elaborate to score 1 whole point for each account. If it is points spamming then the sheer effort involved in constructing this ruse is so utterly mind boggling that id personally be happy to let it slide. I cant honestly think how else it might be a scam? Manufacturing hype in a long dead brand through viral marketing? I dunno... (a much more likely scenario is that he has email notifications for this thread because he really really wants the board). |

Just joined because I after doing a Google search for my board I saw this thread. I am looking to sale my Apocalypse Jimi Scott 163 board.
Bright yellow deck, turquoise (teal) A on top, the usual black under side. I met the Apoc team at A- Basin during the Body Glove Halfpipe competition back in 1988 umm or 1989.. hell it was a long time ago. At the time I was riding a different Apoc board and they called me over to their Volkswagon Vanagon to chill, and hooked me up with it. Unfortunately, I am 41 now and even though I'd still like to get out and ride, I just don't have the time. Not to mention I really hate the Cascade Concrete here in Washington. Nothing beats Colorado Powder!!! The board has been sitting in my storeroom for 7 years now, which is the last time it was rode. I love it, and it is sentimental to me.. But I figure it's time to let the past go. If this thread is still being read and anyone has an interest I left email notifications on. About price.. I would be willing to part with all of my gear ( Purple Burton bag, original Burton Snowboard pants, the Kemper Freestyle bindings that are on the board and everything) Still on the fence about the price. |
