Trump is an interesting candidate... Heard him the other day talking about how America is the laughing stock of the world. How China is making everything we buy and is then laoning us money. He wants to regain world respect from a fudiciary sense.

Who is going to cut the deficit? That would be who I would vote for, so my kids would have a future. The current US debt load is unsustainable and will eventually lead to a Greece situation if not dealt with. No one wants to make the tough choices (like say, auditing the Pentagon?
)./Canadian, but still follow some US policy

America needs a third party. it would make consensus politics a reality and force coalitions to keep the interests of one party in check. I don't care if its the Libertarians, Green Party, Tea Party, whoever. we just need a third party to rise.

Agreed. We need to make this country fiscally sound again. Obama and the democrats have been throwing money at the special interest groups to buy votes and form their voting base.

I would be absolutely shocked if Obama is re-elected. It's not his fault but he was expected to change everything back to perfect in 4 years and that was't realistic. The list of Republican candidates scares the hell out of me. If Sarah Palin ever gets elected as president I will start stock piling canned goods immediately.

Problem is the repubs do the same thing. You can try and blame democrats but whatever moron shill the republicans nominate will be just as bad. We need a president with some shtooking backbone. I mean jeb bush? I think I remember him being dumber than bush. Sarah Palin is a reality tv star. She knows as much about politics as snookie. |

Yes to some extent but Obama has gone too far into pushing Socialist like polices that we simply can't afford and are unsustainable. This is the precise issue the Governor of Wisconsin is trying to address with the lifetime health and pension benefits given to all of the public sector employees. Problem is that the private sector can't support these benefits any longer.

I don't think the candidate's party association matters as much as getting an actual person that is not owned by corporate america in there. Greed is an undeniable, natural, human need so the folks already at the top need to be stripped of the power that has them ensuring them and their 1% own everything for generations to come.
This is just criminal!!

I think some lesser known Congressmen will step up between now and then. At least I hope so, we can’t afford another liberal in office, and we definitely don’t need another fake conservative like Bush either. I vote we reanimate the corpse of Reagan. If you think about it, Obama has done pretty much the same crap that Carter did. If Reagan policies fixed it once, they can fix it again. We need a leader that will allow businesses to grow and capitalism to flourish.

Seeing as everyone on that list is a joke, why not someone who will make it a very funny joke. I for one will not be able to stand 4 years under Bush, Palin or Obama especially. People are pretty pissed at the liberals right now (some rating, I forget what its called, maybe Unhappiness rating, adds up the inflation and unemployment and gives a rating to how well off people are. For the past 60 years, if the rating was below a certain point, the current party was kicked out.), so I think there will be a change in party. Not sure who I want to win though.

I think Jesse Ventura should get back into politics.... or maybe we could change the law of the land so Arnold could run..... At least Palin can shoot..... LoL and where's Ross Perot when you need him???? I thought I heard Rudy Giuliani was tossing his hat in the ring.....
My Predictions: Republican: Michelle Bachmann and Ron Paul Vs. Democrats: Barrack Obama and Joe Biden Vs. Tea Party/Other: Herman Cain and Sarah Palin |

I really hope that Obama will get elected and push for his environmental encentives. This country really reallly needs to start becoming more sustainable not just to slow global warming but to put us ahead of the rest of the world finacially when the oil runs out.
