Which one has the best fast release? I heard Cinch is great but not sure it beats Flow?

My bro has both Cinch and Flow, Flow is faster. Also, the ratchets on the Cinch is cheap.

I can get in and out of my Flows in under 20 seconds once they are adjusted. Takes me a minute or two to get them adjusted before the first run. Just make sure that your knee is 90 degrees to your board so your boot doesn't bind. No pun intended.
