True. Tebow might turn out to be the best QB ever. Only time will tell. You never know.

A few things that will always disappoint a fan regarding the draft:

Tom Brady, Class of 1999, University of Michigan (otherwise known as Quarterback U)

Brady has been the product of opportunity and good coaching.  I'm sure there have been a few guys that rode the pine behind a subpar QB who could have been stars had they been given the opportunity.  We'll never know.

I read that the other day. I think Jets are going to take the super bowl this year. I rather see Moss go back to Patriots. 

Moss is starting to get old. I don't think the patriots would take him back, even for a bargain.

I agree, when moss was in his prime, very few can actually stop him. I 'm pretty sure he still got a few good catches in him but he just seems to lack the motivation.

Yea they did that just about perfectly, and he still wants to come back and join them. I think that's about the only team he could have an impact with, he's still a freak of nature, that TD catch on Revis was unreal.

Just watched the ESPN Draft Day Special it there is a lot of talent in this draft; however, only 10 picks or so look to be very impressive.

One week until round 1.  With no agreement in sight I don't think there will be near as many trades as usually this year.

Moss going to the jets... Guess I need to start watching espn more again. I am so out of the loop, now that it is all baseball and basketball, two sports I could give a crap about.

I can't wait for fantasy football, but I'm not optimistic that there will even be a season.

Hopefully they will come out today and uphold the ruling and trades with players can start happening before the draft.  We could really use another 2nd rounder for Orton.

So, anyone else getting the feeling we are getting a shortened season at the minimum?  I swear the owners and players are both idiots.  If they let the courts decide this thing we could see a league like baseball where you can buy the best team, and some teams will pay half the league minimum to save cash.  If that happens I'm done being a football fan.  The best part about the NFL is for the most part, in any given year a team that was terrible the season before can become a contender.

Yeah I know. I'm an Auburn guy and I have a sense of humor about it. The weather is already too damn hot. I'm ready for the fall and football season. Plus the Braves are sucking which makes the summer even worse.

What's the deal about the secondary draft?  Maybe Prior should go for it because there is absolutely no point to stay at Ohio State anymore.

possibly only 8 games next year? that might be good for my team! so most likely that will be 6 games alone inside the division and just 2 outside..THIS MIGHT BE THE YEAR for the 49ers! yay! i'm sure millions of aspiring teams think this way.

An 8 game season is silly, you lose all significant comparisons for stats against all-time totals, and you get a champion that will always have an asterisk by it's name.  The NFL regular season is probably the most important and significant out of any pro sports too, so it'd suck to only have 8 games, and fantasy football would take a big hit.

Pryor in the supplemental draft....probably a 4th or 5th round pick for someone.  Sorry, but this is Jesuckus Russel the II.

Man, the more I think about an 8 game season the more I get pissed.  How many teams have started out super strong only to fade at the end?  I can think of one right off the top of my head with a 6-0 start and a 2-8 finish only 2 years ago.  An 8 game season would be sham, plain and simple.
