Zakk.....glad you had a blast.....and the injury held up......sounds reallly fun.....heck, I could go the week before and play Bandon Dunes for a week before hitting the mtn.

You could also go a week early and get a place to stay in Govy and a rental car and go ride Timberline public park. Last year I went a couple days early to ride just to adapt to the altitude a little.

The Timberline public park isn't bad but it is def better in the early part of the summer. As it goes on the terrain becomes limited and some features get taken out.

I wouldn't expect a discount large enough to cover airfare, that's setting the bar a bit high. My bet is they will knock off $100-200 if you sign up by a certain date and pay a deposit.
