This year i went to whistler and loved it, so starting to think about planning the next holiday, just wanted some opinions or whatever.
Enjoyed whistler but would like to go somewhere with better snow, so these are the places i am currently considering, (still open to other suggestions i haven't so far considered)

Vail.
Salt Lake City
Aspen
Niseko
Kogen

Probably leaning towards Vail at this stage, but by no means have i made up my mind. Also when we went to whistler we used www.alluradirect.com for accommodation, is there anything like this for the above places mentioned?

Cheers

With Niseko would it even be safe going to Japan? I was hoping to go but i heard the ridioactive material has shown up in all their food and everything. Maybe you'd be boarding in pow with a green radioactive glow.

Niseko always has heaps of good snow and powder. Sun Peaks is really good if you like Canada it's more inland than Whistler and has better snow and better weather.

true, accommodation seems to be pretty expensive at niseko though. Unless i read it wrong you can get a season pass at vail for $650?? so cheap!!
Also i was looking at grand targhee this arvo. looks alright

you could always try Hakuba which is on the other side of the island (Honshu) to where the earthquake was - it's about 4-5 hours drive from tokyo. boarding there was pretty awesome, there's some quality snow but again on the downside, everyone i've spoken to said niseko is absolutely miles better than hakuba..
