What's your favorite destination???
Why?
What resorts?
Please help me plan my next trip!

If there was more room, I would have added others so feel free to add them yourself.

Crap - sorry put this in the wrong forum - so what's your favorite gear when you ride this favorite destination???

Whistler/Blackcomb

Never been there but want to go sooo bad. My cousin tells me the runs are so wide too. Even though the mountain is crowded, it doesn't feel like it b/c its huge.

I rather go to Whistler/Blackcomb than Mammoth.

I hear they have some dope backcountry spots too.

If you're into the park scene, i'm not sure how it is there.

I love BC too!! Never been to Whistler, which is shear madness because I have lots of family in Vancouver, but I've been to Sunshine. Only for a short trip but it seems like longer looking back because the memory so dominates all others. Sooooo much powder, such sweetness. I need to go home.

What about Big Sky? Anyone been there? It's piqued my interest lately.

utah is my fav place that ive been. lots of powder, not too crowded at some of the places (solitude especially), good parks, pretty good runs. if you go, avoid park city area, the snow it 100x times better in the big/little cottonwood canyons (solitude, brighton, snowbird, alta)

i want to go up to jackson hole...ive heard lots about it. im either going to try to go there for spring break or up to tahoe...my cousins been out to tahoe alot and said he liked it more than most other places, so i dunno....i am kinda favoring jackson hole though

I've been stranded on the EC so I don't have a whole lot to choose from.

Best vacation destination for the fam:  Whiteface in NY.  There's great skiing/riding, the mountain is never really that crowded, great party town, lots of fun stuff to do, reasonable prices.

I go up there to go biking, climbing, hiking in the summer and it's a blast even when there's no fluff.

Good restaurants, Ben & Jerry's right there in town and good bars Embarrassed

whistler/blackcomb

tons of people but its huge so its not crowded on the slopes.  the only time that you really need to wait in line is the first gondola.

and the village actually is lively unlike mammoth.
