park board

Choosing a park board is all about preference. The place that I normally find really good information on is Transworld Snowboard, or even the Burton Good Book.

Every year they layout the best new park boards and the makeups of each of them. I think last years good book actually broke down each board and what it was best intended for in a big circle chart, it was pretty cool.

Hey I have a quick question for you guys. I am looking to get a park board and currently have a 2011 Rome Garage Rocker, which I find is too stiff and not flexible enough for me.

Would you recommend the Rome Artifact Rocker or Sierra Stunt for something that's strictly for park riding and jibb.

forum manual is a good board for what your looking for. great fex and forgiving but stiff enough to stick larger jumps

If that's what youre looking for, it's perfect.

He's right; i rode a rockered artifact once and hated it. I sold the thing the next week. I personally like a mid flex board for any kind of riding. A super buttery board will make sticking bigger jumps a real pain in the rear, but allows you to lock on to rails waaay easier.

In return, a stiffer board will give you some jumping capabilities, but tends to slide off of rails easier.
