Yes i have been there ! I go to college about 20 miles from there. Its OK ... they have some pretty nice features and a decent park area but overall the Runs drop quick n short then flatten out and get slow. It does have some nice drop sections but nothing to thrilling. They are pretty cheap and i think on certain friday nights you can go from 4 to midnight for only 25. Its worth the money if your not driving crazy amount of time to get to it.

If your gonna go there for anything go for the park. They do have the park set up nicely, good for beginners and advanced, they have a half pipe, good for jibbing, stairs, the park setup is the best thing about it. Check out the pics from the link above if u got any doubts

Has anyone been to Sundown this last week or two? I'm thinking of making the trip there this weekend. Just curious what the conditions are and if it's worth the trip - or if I should head north to MN.

I went a few weekends ago, and it was nice. However the weather recently has been horrible, so not sure how good the conditions are anymore. Lots of warmer weather and rain...

Thanks for your response Commissar! I was beginnig to wonder if the only people on this site were from California or the Rockies... I did end up going to Sundown on Friday and it was quite nice - not too hard packed, and no icy spots. Saturday was nice too, but they closed on Sunday because of the rain. I'm glad I made the trip when I did because I think the season is winding down here in Iowa. Again, thanks for your response!
