two questions...

1) why does it look like the cappel jacket doesn't have a waist gaitor?  was it removed and not included?

2) if the pants are used by your gf, why are the tags still on it?

Was she modeling it for you and she took it off and on 3x?
Did you google it?

1) the waist gaiter is not on the jacket but it does have one.

2)those arent tags, they are lift tickets.  for snowboarding. :)

ahhhh...got it.  how tall and light is your gf?  I would think you would just buy women's outer wear, but just wondering if she was swimming in it or it actually fit her.  I have a female friend who's 5'3" who may be interested.  Might be tight in the ass though.

Shes 5'6, 125 ish. both pieces fit her well.  I originally bought them for myself (im also 5'6), but they turned out to be a little tight on me, so she used them a few times.

I have a pic of her in the jacket i can post, but not one of her in the pants.

Interested in the SL's, have you rode forces?? I am curious on what the difference between the two were? I think I recall reading the highback on the SL is a little more flexible, but I'm unsure. I may just grab these instead of forces. Thx

I have ridden both forces and SLs  The SLs are lighter, although i only really notice the weight difference while im on the lift.
The highbacks also seem softer when hand-flexing, but on the hill the difference is not drastic, still very responsive.

You'll be satisfied with either binding, for sure :)

yeah handflexing, the SL highback is softer torsionally as well as straight back.  the top has some give to it whereas the force doesn't really.  don't notice response on the hill though i think, i just notice i can feel the top of the highback a little less on my leg/boot.

the base is carbon injected and supposed to be a little stiffer but the force base is already real firm.  you may not notice much of a difference at all really.

lighter, yes.  real light binding.  we only got a L/XL last year but they were lighter than a M/L force, so the M/L SL will be even lighter.  great binding.

Damn if only the sumo suit was a medium or large.  Would definitely jump on it at that price.

it fits in between in womens small and medium, just a little bit wider in the torso than a typical womens jacket will be.

all parts are form various Forces, except the silver ratchets.

i purchased these earlier this year, in April, when C3 put several pairs of frankens up for sale on their site.  all parts are brand new, never used
