Nice edit. +1, it would be great to have something like that near for the summer. Did you go to the camp at Liberty? How did you like it?

Haha i know it's long only because my friends wanted all their shots in it. The front flips are numerous because they just learned them at camp. I did go to camp at liberty and snowflex is great but frustrating. You cant carve into your spins off of jumps, basically carving is a no go at snowflex but you can edge a bit to turn. It takes about 4 hours to get used to this stuff, you got to be patient. Overall snowflex is a great way to practice in the summer.

I turned it off after the music came on. Decent riding but music ruins it.

It is at Liberty University in Lynchburg Virginia. It's great for summer time and definitely worth a trip if your 8 hours or less away and craving snowboarding.

pretty decent riding, for sure.

But I have a huge gripe about the music. How could you disrespect del like that!?!?! Seriously man, that was one of the worst transitions of songs I have ever witnessed in my life.

I also would personally leave out all those cutaways to laughing, or one liners, but that's just me.

What happens if you fall on that snowflex? Serious rug-burn? Or is it soft?
I'm just sayin'....

our friend wanted the country song. and I wanted the Del song cause he is great. and yeah you get some serious rug burn if you have any skin exposed. The cut aways are to show how much fun we are having. We aren't serious snowboards and by no means are we good. So it really just shows what our day is like because we are having a blast and cracking jokes and yelling at each other and being goof balls and thats what the video attempts to portray. I had a great time and i loved the edit. Murphy you did a fantastic job editing! I'm not a fan of the country song but Tanner loved it for his part and that's what mattered! Props my man!

I understand all of this (other than why someone would want that crappy country song LOL) Wasn't trying to knock it down, I was just offering my opinion of the edit, as the OP's OP states...haha. But yeah, del is the man. nuff said, nothing to see here...move along...

yeah i agree i hate country music. but we are southern and Tanner was staying true to his southern roots. But yeah if you haven't been to snowflex and live within like an 8 hour drive. GO! it's great!

Yeah...not going to drive 8 hours to ride some SF. Maybe if it was a 2 hour drive, I would be down. Don't get me wrong, it looks like a lot of fun....but not an 8 hour drive kind of fun.

we drove 4 there and 4 back and it was well worth it. No doubt do I wish it was closer but I can't complain. Better than sitting and dreaming about it. plus it was only 20 dollars to ride.

I'm about 4 hours away from it too. Doesn't seem worth it unless you take a whole week off to do that. Seems like a ton of fun when you can't get your riding fix in during the summer.

I think you still could of shorten the video more by shortening each takes more.  I wouldn't mind going to one if it was like a hour away but 8 hours?  Heck no, I would rather wait and experience real snow at Mammoth or Tahoe.

It's a nice little edit you've posted, albeit a bit long, as others have mentioned. Too bad you have to drive so far and all you get is Snowflex! I can hop on the train for four hours and get snow all year round :)

4 hours is definitely worth it! so what if there are only a few kickers and rails it's a lot better than sitting and watching snowboarding videos and making yourself go crazy. Snowflex feels like a carpet burn when skin is exposed and the impact of most falls is absorbed by the 3 inches of padding under the snowflex material.

we live in Boone, North Carolina and go to Appalachian State University. We have about 3 ski resorts within 30 mins of our campus and our favorite is a short 3 miles away. I can leave class and be on snow in 10 mins if i want. So i can't complain about the location of where I'm at. Snowflex doesn't hurt to fall on unless you have skin exposed. Then you can get one hell of a rugburn. It's essentially the hard side of velcro with 3 inch bristles and a 3 inch foam padding under the material with little sprinkler systems spraying constantly.
