Sauteed onions with dates, raisins, chicken, and touch of red wine to finish it off at the very end. Served on a bed of basmati rice with yogurt cucumber salad.

Went fishing and caught a Sheepshead.

battered lightly and fried it. GREAT! I'm going to have to try targeting them fish. Usually I don't like most of the fish I catch, but this one was pretty fantastic.
