You have to try this if you like ramen that comes in the plastic package with the packet of flavored powder.

Boil the noodles long enough that it falls apart slightly, but not to the point where they would kinda moosh together.

 Drain.

Now on a separate pan heat up and melt about 1-2 tablespoons butter then toss the noodles on there and mix em up with the butter.

Add the flavoring and mix it up. Turn the heat up and cook them until they are crispy to your desire.  You can go full crispy, or just half to add crunch to mix with the rest of the noodles.

I tried this for my first time yesterday and damn was it good.

Doesn't sound very healthy with the added butter but is that how they make the ramen burger?

Yeah it's sounds like it's more of a ramen patty that would look like a rice cake of some sort. I'll try that next time and let you know how it turns out.

Good news, Subway is getting closer to eliminating azodicarbonamide (yoga mat material) from their bread.  Now, the other 500+ food companies that use it need to follow suit.

That'd be it. Jr Chicken isn't the worst thing out there. I'm pretty sure other fast food joints offer just as much calories. What can i say, it's a cheat day for me.

But countered that tonight with some steamed veggies, grilled a small piece of chicken breast over some quinoa.

Yeah, we do the freezing tofu trick whenever we do spicy hotpot. It's amazing how much flavor/heat is soaked up in there.

I've never heard of junior chicken...like...baby chicken? Confused

Try freezing your tofu (medium firm) for a few days before you cook it in a soup. The expansion of ice will make pores all through the tofu and make it act like a sponge, soaking all of the flavors of the soup.

Depends on how you cook it, if you fry it then it's like a sponge but if you keep it in it's jelly form then it's like jelly or pudding.
