I used to have a job where I would walk probably 5 miles a day. (sales job)
Then I changed to an office job and gained probably 20 pounds.
Then I got married and started to eat regularly, instead of bachelor like. Gained 20 pounds.
Also all my snowboarding and golfing buddies started to have kids, so after a year of boarding by myself I kinda quit boarding. I went 2 times in the last 2 years. Sad.

I think I need to cut back on eating and start exercising more, I just weighed myself and I'm a whale.  I blame my new sister in law for always cooking and trying to make us eat more than normal.  LOL
