I ate so much leftover food that I hate myself right now.  I feel like throwing up and falling asleep but I don't want to throw up in my sleep; that would be bad...

I love bagels, especially the everything bagel. I can eat bagels for breakfast, lunch, or as a snack. They taste good with ham, lettuce, and cheese :)

Anyone ever have the steamed bagels from bagel and deli. I believe it started on Miami of Ohio's campus but there are two locations now in Chicago.  If you like bagels you should check it out they are amazing.

I love biscuits.  Chicken biscuit from Chik-fil-A is awesome.  Especially with some grape jam on it.

Sadly though, my body doesn't take kindly to wheat.  So I rarely eat any type of breads of pastas.

Damn, I just thought about biscuits and gravy.  So freaking good when you've been drinking all night, or the morning after.

I've never had a caesar salad before in my life until today. It's good. Still not sure what's so amazing about it.
But I'll just stick to eating salad my normal way: pick it up in my fingers, insert into mouth. Don't even bother with this dressing and breadcrumb shit. People actually pay $8 for this when going out?? I just buy an ice cabbage and peel and eat it while on the PlayStation...

I'm going to try and eat better overall and not just for holidays. Gonna cut back on the sugar intake and junk food. I already cut out soda in my life for a good while now.

I've been eating a lot healthier over the past few years.  I don't drink any soda. No sugar. Rarely sweets.  No fast food.  No processed foods.  I fill up on veggies or brown rice or beans when I have meals.  I don't eat any white bread or pasta. I rarely eat pizza.   Rarely eat wheat.

After eating healthy for awhile, I really don't even miss all the junk food.  I feel a lot better too.

Matter of fact, I just finished a giant salad, some broccoli and a little bit of baked ham.

^^^^ I still drink coffee. Probably only thing that really gets me going when I wake up. Just going to have to cut back on the sugar in it.

As for you not eating processed foods, that's really good.  I try not to but I always seem to end up eating something frozen here or there just because it's so convenient when I don't have much time to make something fresh.

I still drink coffee daily. I love coffee. I just don't add any sugar, sweeteners or creamers.  I add cinnamon, ginger and turmeric.  I've grown to love it.

Coffee by itself isn't bad for you if you only have a cup or 2 everyday.  It's not so good when you are drinking like a full pot everyday.

Eating healthy definitely takes a lot more time and effort.  When I was going to school full time and working full time, I would eat fast food like twice a day. Terrible, lol.

So I walked out of Sam's club last night, go to get in my car and somebody chowed down on a whole container full of wings. Left the bones, container, and one chicken wing bone in the parking lot. Disgusting! I somehow pictured the people eating these in a big ol van. lol

So I usually get Supreme Lovers at Pizza Hut... I discovered today Super Supreme Lovers.  Adds italian sausage, ham, and black olives to the regular supreme.  It was good, but I don't think it was THAT much better to spend extra on it.  Thought I'd share that with y'all, haha.
