Don't know why, but decided to make some mushroom risotto and pan crusted fish fillets. Does not go together but it doesn't matter when you're hungry.

Yep just me. Everyone was fine. We usually eat Popeyes whenever the gf and I visit but I guess it's been a while since I've last had it. It was like WW3 going on in there.

Next time try KFC. It'll only feel like a bar fight, instead of WW3.

Two hard boiled eggs and some toast with jam to end my day.

Don't know why.... but I always had a hard time getting the shell to peel off properly, half the egg gets stuck onto the shell during peeling. By the time it's all said and done, I've got nothing more than the yolk!

Those two don't go together. I tend to put on 4-5 pounds after vacay is over.

So what was the one healthy thing you ate? Yogurt berry parfait

I remember being at a ski resort for a few days and actually eating salads. Everyone was like, what are you doing??? But back then I thinking in order for me to board to my fullest ability, I would have to eat healthy too. Of course I only ate health for those few meals. lol
