limited quantities available.  Not sure who seller is but thought you guys would be stoked to record your snowboard adventures!

i wonder if the mods will mark this as spam.... since they always mark my cheap deal shares as such :(

Yes with no problem.

it has a lower chance of being marked at spam bc they don't selling this type of item but still relates to snowboard.

dang that's cool.  Now it's just deciding between the GoPro at $199 and the Contour at $135.  By the way, does anybody use these things for just recording everyday life?  You know, like how we used to record stuff back in the old days onto a VHS tape and then submit silly videos to America's Funniest Home Videos of Dad getting whopped in the nuts during 4th of July BBQ?

I don't understand why people are scared of eBay. As long as the seller has more than 10 feedback and you pay with paypal and use a credit card - not only does paypal cover you, you can dispute your credit card as well!!
Just be safe and read the feedback - YEESH

Not so good for everyday life. Low light is terrible, so indoor shots look crappy. and the audio is bad. But for outdoor shots it can't be beat. But honestly, if your just going to use it for everyday life get an actual video camera.

dont worry, go buy it and if it turns out that you do win, you can take it from both angle or make it into a 3d gopro mount

good luck on winning one!  Think the odds are "slightly" worse than trying to win a board on here.

+1, that is not much, it is basically what you would find during a good sale.

I am scared, all my experiences with ebay have been shoddy.  Either the package comes way late or what I buy falls apart or just breaks prematurely.

Got one on Friday from them. Now gotta buy the helmet mount. I was debating between this and the contour. From what I saw on youtube, the Gopro has superior picture quality.

go pro for better picture, from what I heard and waterproof case and adjustable settings on the unit.

ContourHD, for $50 less you get a sucky goggle mount which you might need to figure out how to adjust and keep stable. No access to change settings for low light/bluebird conditions, unless you have a computer.  You do get another sticky mount you can use on your helmet.
