Hi, I received the boards and bindings which I ordered from TruSnow but once receiving them I noticed that one item ordered - the Rome Strut binding received was different to the one ordered:
http://www.trusnow.com/Rome-Strut-Snowboard-Bindings.asp The Rome Strut binding ordered was not the ones expected and do not match the ones in the picture as per my order. I expected the Rome Strut 2010 model (as per the TruSnow Website) but the Rome Strut 2008 model was delivered. Also these incorrect model/year Rome Strut bindings (2008) seem to be non-brand new although never used nor worn. BINDINGS ORDERED: Rome Strut 2010 bindings - http://www.trusnow.com/Rome-Strut-Snowboard-Bindings.asp WRONG ACTUAL BINDINGS RECEIVED: Rome Strut 2008 bindings I sent an email about this and have STILL received No Reply. I disappointed with this as I now do not have any bindings after having carefully ordered these in anticipation of my next ski trip in less than one weeks time. TRUSNOW ORDER 378648 Any help with this would be appreciated, Thank You |

wow, didnt know that problem exist. l send my goods to a warehouse that holds onto it for me till l go pick it up in late dec. l hope that doesnt happen with my order./..
