the food industry in america is completely fucked, so I'm not surprised the strawberries you ordered in the mail turned out to be garbage.

As I was told, upon receiving and opening them up they tasted great. I came by later that night and it was horrible! some was all bruised up and others were fermented and most had water dripping out. I'll just make my own next time with 1/8 the cost. I bought them solely on reviews..most of which were awesome--perhaps they were the reviews on non-valentine's day rush. Terribly disappointed.

EDIT: now that I look closely at this picture and the ones my gf got. The ones my gf got was totally covered in chocolate and the top was not exposed as these. I'm suspecting that's why they fermented so quickly, plus the fact that I got email notification that there were shipped two days before vday. That'll leave them enough time to turn into wine!

Yeah I'm positive that's the problem..  Mine were also fully dipped.  I had some edible arrangment ones at a funeral friday that were partial dipped like the pic.  They were perfect.   I'll be ordering there from now on.

Nexus 7  32gb model. Running Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 !

With the quad core processor this thing is a beast. Just need to get a bluetooth controller and start uploading game emulaters and this thing will become my portable gaming system. And that wasn't even my intention for buying it. Smile

ChiTown...if you don't want to spring for a bluetooth controller, you can get a USB OnTheGo adapter for under $5 and use a USB controller.  But I think your Nexus7 has to be rooted.  Mine is.

Anyway, got a concussion my 4th day out this season between Christmas and New Years so my season was over.  Cry  But I've pretty much recovered now so I'm going to get one last Hurrah towards the end of March, so I picked this up which I shoulda had from the start since I all 3 of my kids have one:

Now I KNOW Red's "Google Gasket" is just to make gapers not look like gappers, but DAMN if it doesn't make the helmet fit just that much snugger...

OH...and we needed a new little point and shoot cause our canon elph SD1000 is getting old and the camera on my wife's RAZR M is slow, so I got her this:

Thing was a piece of crap.  Took it back the next week for exchange and I told the guy and best buy when he asked what was wrong...I told him I've always had Canon's but thought we would give Nikon a shot...he just shook his head.  LOL!

Traded it in for this:

canon powershots are simply great.  there are plenty decent point and shoots out there, but I feel like they nail it all.  I've had at least 10, including the SD1000 you had.  I'm on the SX260 now.  I have no commitment to canon in any way whatsoever, but they are just exactly what I look for in a pocket cam.

Thanks! My wife texted me and asked if there were tickets left, I checked and she said by them, happy birthday. The concert is 2.5 hours away but I am sure it will be well worth it

I ordered a pair of NIke Kaiju's last week and got the package in the mail soon after. Thought the box felt kind of light. Upon opening, I found THIS! Yup, only one boot! Luckily the shop was understanding and sent the other out asap. Can't wait to get them on the mountain.

I break balls.
