I have seen the prices from the House and they are know where close to what we will ever pay on here. I can only imagine TruSnow make them plenty of money, though i guess the House also offers summer stuff

Nope never received it. Doug even said in one of the Forum's that it's suppose to automatically generate. It didn't. I guess when you have horrible customer service your company tends to start losing business. I miss the Sierra Days.

I didn't know that they weren't sending out coupon codes any more. I would recommend trying to contact one of the employees. 

Got a board from groupon for 100$... its worth it!

Putting them to good use

I also got my coupon code about a month ago. I didnt have a problem. what did Doug say you should do?

obviously you want to sell items, but having so many items that are 3 or 4 years old and still not getting rid of them and now seeing them in other places like this isnt necessarily a good sign. And with the members coupons, yes it is a bonus, but it seems to be a trend with horrible customer service that isnt getting any better, and that is definitely not a good sign. If customer service goes down, sales go down, and if that happens your business goes down. Im not saying that the business is going under but it sure doesnt seem like its getting better

it's probably a good move to get those interested in snowboarding, a decent board for a cheap price without having to spend time on this website. I also think most beginners don't know about TS or Sierra boards. All they hear is Burton, burton, burton. but with this groupon theyre able to attain a larger client base and do a little advertising.3

lower your prices (to the outside public, not counting us), and sell more product. then profit.

Good grief!  I am a couple weeks from the free goggles and if they end it before the end of the year, I'm going to be so upset.  I did plan to also buy some other stuff with the 15% discount, but they'll lose me as a customer if they pull that.  Makes no sense to buy another company with a huge following only to kill it.  That doesn't make your company any more appealing to us.

well if they do cancel it, they will put the "we can cancel anytime without telling anyone" as a disclaimer 

if they were going to spend time to update the system, don't you think they would spend a little time in the community?
