hmmm ive not heard of them needing to have a wire transfer, but maybe you need to call them back to clarify.
or make 2 or 3 smaller orders.....

to my knowledge they won't ship to freight forwarding companies bc thats still a violation of vendor agreements since they are going international... but who knows.. also.. i've never heard of them requesting a wire transfer either

I just made an order and set delivery address located in US.
It could be my friend or compnay or any one else. I don't see any problems because of that. Also while making an order I didn't mention Russia or fright forwarding company. When I called they told me that they need a wire a wire transfer because the order is more then $1K. I ordered sierra, burton, red, vance. |

when you called TS, what did they tell you?
I ask because -Russia is not on the list of countries to which they ship -they also do not ship to a freight forwarding company what brands were are you ordering?

I'm from Russia. I asked to deliver stuff to fright forwarding company located in US. So this is domestic order. |

11/30 - I've made on-line oreder.
11/30 - The same day received notification: "We have recieved your order and it is now headed to the warehouse to be processed. .... Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be shipped" 11/30 - The same day money subtracted from my credit card. 12/2 - Order verifyed. "We would like to thank you for verifying your information. Your order has been placed back into its place in the order processing and will ship out soon. We will contact you via email if any issues arise." 12/6 - Order on Hold. "Thank you for your recent order...Management has requested for a wire transfer... For security measures to prevent fraud, we are requesting for a wire transfer from your bank account. These are security measure we take for any large orders over $1000.00. Another option is for you to send the fund to our Paypal account." I've sent several e-mails that I can't send you a wire transfer or paypal. I can send any ID scans or account statements. I Also called to solve that problem. If there are no ways to solve the problem I asked to return money to my credit card. But as for today (12/9) I didn't receive any reply from your company. And you didn't return the payment. I've made $2K order. Please return me my money or send the stuff. |
