I'm a huge fan of Scotty Stevens, I think his one footed tricks will be popular and he has a really fun style. I'd love to see him win it, but Nic's part last year was my favorite by a mile, so I'd be happy with either.
Thats whats up.

With this team of stacked riders there will be no winner.  The only looser will be competitive snowboarding in general.  Especially the olimpics.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Sail is to 2011 as Kids was to 2010.

Rootin for Scotty, guy is so creative.
I think Jed's pretty smooth in the streets too, but I think Scotty has him beat on the creativity side.
If Halldor wins it'd be good for him and Lobster to maybe get the brand out there.

Halldors Sexual snowboarding is sick. There so much good stuff that he does in it. Most of the footy from his real snow part is on sexual snowboaring.

Scott Stevens part was good, but Hallodor is just on a whole other level.  Street double cork?  Yeah that's never been done.  (probably should have stayed that way though).   All the parts are crushing.  This is some next level shit.

Yeah, I liked Scotty's past video parts.
I think Halldor is really pushing it with street stuff.
I just really enjoy Scotty's creativity with his one footers.

Damn..Halldor is slaying it Confused 38 to 62 right now.

While I love halldor and would normally root for the kid, Stevens killed it IMO in this match up. Steven's was more creative, more technical, and more fun to watch. Sure double cork in urban...super rad, but a double cork gets the vote down in my eyes. So sick of seeing those things...LOL Halldor seems to want to bring big mountain features to the street, and that is shtooking rad...but once again I think between the two vids, Scott should win.

and i feel bad for nic sauve, but it looked like all the riders had some pretty bad spills.

I've voted on 3 different computer now and it keeps going back and forth between the 2, but Scott is losing 45% to 54% now, so I had to go watch Haldor's part again.  It is really good, but I just don't think it's as STREET as Scott's part, which is what this competition is about.

Tell you what though, ESPN did a good job with the matchups, because if Scott and Haldor had been put up against anyone else in the lineup it would not have been this close!

good point, buidlinng a jump on a roof an spinning to win isn't very street-like.
it sounds like slopestyle or halfpipe.
I hope either one of them wins the whole thing.

I showed those clips to my friend and while he agreed that Scott had style for miles and seemed very Street that he liked Haldor's part better because it was bigger and more fun to watch.

I think Haldor's stuff is way bigger and takes way more balls.  Stevens stuff is small and technical by comparison.  I still voted for Stevens just because I love his riding.

Bode Merrill's part was dope. Helgason was awesome too. I voted for Scott though. Double corks need to stay on the mountain. Street is street.  What I really don't get is why did they even let Nic Sauve be entered into the competition without a video... That could be someone else that actually has a chance. That poll is a landslide.
