I have been trying to use my free goggle coupon code for the oakley a frames. when I enter the code a 'coupon date not valid' error has been coming up. Is there a expiration date on the member discount coupons? if so how long do you have before it expires? Also can i use this coupon on goggles that are more then $100 and pay the difference?

the coupons are valid for 30 days after issue
it should have been noted in your email/PM with the coupon code

U can only use the code for 2011 and older goggles. 2012 models are not an option. This may be your issu, if it's not an expired code. U can get the code reactivated if it has expired.

If your goggle is more than the coupon, you just pay the difference. It could be because the code expired or you're trying to buy current 2012 goggles, which you can't use the code on.

Has the coupon always been like that? I thought you could buy the ones for the current year model as well.

It has to do w/ vendor's agreements, not TruSnow 'being strict'. If they gave away this season's gear at discounted prices before they were given the OK they would be violating their vendor's agreements. It's as simple as that. |

its been more then 30 days so thats probably it. That's kinda BS though since no where on the site does it say that nor did it mention it in the message i received that had the coupon code. If something has an expiration date you should tell people all though im sure this is what the site hopes for so they dont have to give out as much free gear.

Check your email you received about the code. It should have said 30 days in there.

So I just accidentally used my goggle coupon on a pair of 2012 goggles. (It said in the message that it was good for 'any goggles'. You might want to get that changed to something like 'excluding 2012 goggles') I called customer service and got the order cancelled but now I can't use the coupon because I have reached the "coupon limit". Is there any way that I could get the coupon reissued or something? Thanks.

^This is known on the interwebz as a "fail." You should receive no new coupon and be glad to retain your mancard. Ever heard the term "Nice guys finish last?" This is why. Where does it say that you couldn't use it on 2012 gogs? Maybe the idea is that you are a loyal customer and participant in the forum and they would like to honor your loyalty with a pair of brand new goggles.

I ran into this problem too a few months back. Your best bet is to call customer service and ask them to reset your code. Be sure to get the names of everybody you speak to. Don't be angry/upset when you call either, that will get you nowhere fast.

Check this out, and I quote: "valid for any sale item in the qualifying category." Obviously only 2011 and earlier gear is on sale right now. ![]() |

I didn't check, I just entered the coupon and and submitted the order. It was only afterwards when I saw the order listed in order status that I noticed it was full price.
I wish they would say that in the message they send you with the coupon. If they say "any goggles" it should be ANY GOGGLES. Not just 'any goggles currently on sale'. |

you should give customer service a phone call asap, they will reactivate your coupon but it might take anywhere from 1 day to 5 months.

If TruSnow will cover 100 and have you cover the rest if you choose some $120 goggles, does that mean that they'll let you get two pair of $50 goggles?
