Topsheet repair

Is this beyond repair? These are my girlfriends skis she bought this year off a store that accepted it on trade in. They were fine before yesterday the topsheet cracked or really disappeared. Can i fix this ski because i doubt they are under warranty from 2009 model. can i do something similar to a base weld and buy topsheet and epoxy it on?

probably much better to ask in general forums (the ask other riders, or the ski section). Only staff and expert members can post here. Its kind of a hold over from sierra. Youll get a much quicker answer in the main forums :)
