Boots wet inside

I have had my ZF1 for awhile now, with about 30-40 days on it. I have always been looking after my gears, cleaning and drying after I used them etc. Anyhow long story short, lately for some reason my boots are getting soaked inside (especially my right), particularly on a warm and slushy day. I am unsure whether it is my sweat or water... I am wearing my snowboard socks... so it shouldn't be sweat right?... but by the end of the day my foot looks like my grandpa's foot... wrinkly...

I am just wondering if this is the end of my boot? Because the sole and everything is still like brand new, except for some minor scratches on the leather. I know there are some waterproofing solution for leather, would that help?

Any help would be appreciated.

your socks might be too thick for the weather, get a thinner pairs and see does it make any difference. check your boots for any tear or crack that lead to leaking. how bad/heavy does it get soak up inside?

Dang.  Def sounds like U have a leaky seam.  some contact cement might fix your prob... if U can find the location of the leak.
If not, prob time for new boots.

Are you regular? cuz that would make a lot of sense because when you skate around your right foot is in the snow. I would check for leaks and if you find one just duct tape it and it will be good as new.

before u buy waterproof spray, first find out if the socks r too thick or if there is a leak somewhere

I do put my boot gaiter to my lower laces and I tried using both thick and thin snowboard socks, but didn't make much difference.

Also, any suggestions on how to perform a leak test? Do I just put the boots in a bucket and fill it until it covers the lower section of the Tongue?

Alright so I did a very quick leak test:

I took out the liner, and tighten the boots, then I put it in a bucket of water slightly below the ankle. Then I start flexing the boots and the water is actually coming in from the here (not my actual boot found it online):

To be precise, the tongue seal (see pic) isn't working too well, so whenever I flex the boot, it sort of pushes the water inside my boots.

Does anyone have the same problem? How can I stop it from leaking there??

l think it might jsut be your socks. warmer days= wet probably from your sweat. but like someone said, try putting some snow on it, let it melt a bit to see if there is a hole or soemthing that is causing it

Do you are snowpants have gaiters?
If so are you puting them over your boots (not insided your boots).

It is a common mistake I see people make.

Buy this:  Peet boot dryer.

have you done the water test on both boots? or it just happened to the one you had problem with? did it sip in from just one side or on both side? run the water test again and don't flex them and see what come up.

Also, I know the gaiter is meant keep the water away, but the problem is that it doesn't overlap with the seal area.
