Having trouble ordering. I get to the "do not hit refresh" screen, then plain white page with text of the shipping options. I've tried it on a laptop, pc, and two other devices.
They having site issues? Anyone else have any issues like that? Or am I special?

might just be a site issue during the updates.... ie new product....
try asking a staff

I have had the same problem on Friday Sat & now today. I try to submit the order and get a mostly blank white screen w a few error messages at the top

I've definitely run into a bunch of bugs since they added stock (specifically if I try and use the login button in the little gray bar at the top of the page, I get an HTTP error), so it wouldn't surprise me if this was another one.

the gray login bar has given me errors for over a year now... so i just go to the tip right and click on login.... thats the only way ive been able to login successfully on a reg basis...

ahhhh icicic... no THAT one is the only one that i can log in with.....
the one that doesnt work for me comes up on the left/middle and asks for your log in...

Ah yes I know the one. I think it only shows up when you're on the forums page... maybe? But yea that one doesn't work for me either. I get the error page with the one in the top right now, but if i hit back, it takes me to the same page - except I'm logged in. So it works I guess, but really annoyingly.

I've been having trouble with that one too. When I log in it says error but if you just type trusnow.com back into the browser and hit return it goes back to the home page and you will be logged in.

I was getting a weird screen after logging in on Saturday and Sunday - not sure if the problems were linked but all is well now

it turns out that the whole site is effed...the only thing i come here for is the forums, it's entertaining. the selection is no where near as good as dogfunk/backcountry, the prices are no better than can be found on anything on departmentofgoods.com, the customer service has diminished since the house took over, and there are numerous errors all over the website. i hate to say it, and it sounds so pretentious and cliche, but sierra was great, TruSnow isn't...they need to get their act together

Just so you guys are aware, the TruSnow staff tries to read these, but keep in mind, Web Errors like this will happen on any site. We worked it all out, and everything should be back to normal.
