Has anyone else see these things? I know here in MN they have gotten popular with certain hills. Just wondering if they've spread out west or east?

I've never seen this before. What is it? What does it do? How does it work? Will it make me snowboard better?

Yes in Japan.

No...I don't think this is outdoor related. Usually I see this played indoors.
I know in Japan you can earn like levels for your skill in using a kendama. |

hahaha My brother brought one of those home like a year ago, I think he won it from school or something.
They are pretty fun to kill some time with. I live in Oregon, so yeah they've been here. |

Well, presumably you start by jamming the red shiny ball in her mouth and wrapping that elastic round the back of her head.
Not sure where it goes from there. Maybe someone from Minnesota can help us out.

That was my thought exactly when I saw the pic at the top. "...you can't lose the ball because it's attached to the string.." and sadly, I'm old enough that I actually have played with the ball on a string toy for fun (we didn't have xbox when I was a kid. Walked uphill to school in 4' of snow, blah, blah, blah....)
