Hey Guys,

Just wondering what temperature wax I should use for New Zealand.

I'll be visiting Cardrona and the Remarkables and I've got no idea what the weather is like up there.

So if anyone could tell me what the average air temperature or range that would be a great.

Also if you know anything about the snow condition and air humidity that would be a bonus.

Cheers,
Benjamin

weather isnt too far off Australia and similar to Australia the weather can be abit hit and miss

true
can get epic snows

two years back Australia had better base all season than NZ
until last couple of weeks of season when nz hit back

hence the hit and miss

last season NZ had extremely late season
folks at work rocked up in late july and just went sightseeing instead cause there was no snow

then about month or so later
BAM it was on like donkey kong

Any all temperature wax would be fine for New Zealand.. they do have some really cold days but not that often.

All temp is the safe choice.

It is very different compared to Australia, there are no trees on the slopes, there are big rocks though. ;)

Don't get me wrong, NZ can have some really good powder days. Thus the reason I've kept going back there for past 3 seasons, you'll have a blast mate!
