I think the broncos have a good chance to make it to the superbowl-as good as any in the afc

i pretty sure the chargers will belly up against the steelers. you might have to wait until december 23 to find out who gets that wildcard spot.

Dolphins in town. Which means lauren tannehill might be. Since I work at the airport, I might see what she looks like up close.

Running late for a 49ers party. Not that big on football, but I hope they make fewer mistakes than last week!

niners make the game a little interesting leaving a little pressure in the 4th quarter. I was hating on ck all game thinking that alex could do all those things he did and possibly even better. I have to hand it to him though, that TD run was really nice. Solid win for the niners. I was also oddly unaware about how close the seahawks were to us. and they are running a train on the cardinals

I see a new coach in AZ next year. Poor performance by the cards.

Arizona is a joke. Their offense cost me a playoff fantasy football game, giving the seattles d 40 points. RIDICULOUS.  And on top of it I watch my Bears lose and watch our season dwindling away. Dead

Teams have him circled and highlighted in the scouting report. And with the great season that crabtree is having, crabtree is the number one passing option when the niners do choose to pass

Nice win by Washington but too bad they took a hit in the process with the knee injury to RG3. Hopefully that won't be an issue down the stretch for the wildcard hunt.

Another disappointing loss for the lions in a game that was theirs to lose.  At least Suh mostly kept his douchbaggery in check for once during a primetime game.

He's been a fantasy killer for a couple of season's now.  He has all the talent in the world but for some reason he's not a major party of their offense.

looks like it's only a sprain..nothing broken and no ligaments torn. he shouldn't miss any more than a couple weeks if any. the backup looked good in the few plays, 2 for 2..no too shabby for a rookie backup.

big win for the cowboys to keep their playoffs hope alive..they play the steelers next..with big ben back and able to practice the entire week...i think the cowboys will be done after this week, unless the giants lose...

Nothing is wrong with Vernon Davis. He constantly draws a double team. I guess u didn't notice WRs are a bigger part of the offense than before?

I'm speaking from a fantasy standpoint.  I know he's a great player and he gets double teams.  I'm just saying ever year I'm hoping he's going to put up numbers like Gronk or Jimmy Graham have in recent years.  I'm not knocking Davis at all.  I also know he doesn't have a QB throwing to him like Brady or Brees.

yeah i wasn't knocking him, i wouldn't have drafted him if i didn't think he's an exceptional talent.
guess the lack of a big time receiver is killing his fantasy worth. after what he did to the bears you just expect that kind of performance

i think teams are strategizing AGAINST him since he's basically one of the BEST TE's in the league

which ends up opening the game for moss and manningham ;)

and lets not forget gore...which is unfortunate because it's just him now that hunter is out of the season :/

I'm going to have to give that win to the Patriots. They are unstoppable in December and the niners have been hit and miss the past few weeks.

As a Steelers fan, anyone else agree that the best thing that could happen in the AFC north is for the Ravens to Lose out, while the Steelers and Bengals win out (Bengals @ Steelers week 16 = TIE)?

Haha the only way the Ravens can't make the playoffs (Colts have to win 1 more too)

Well the ravens firing their offensive coordinator at 9-4 is so odd im not ruling out them losing out, haha

I can see Denver and the Giants beating Baltimore, especially with their D being beaten up. Not sure if Cinci has it in them though.

Bengals sort of struggled tonight at first but for now are holding on to that last wild card spot over the steelers-im hoping they can hold on. Afc is really interesting this year. Should be some good playoff matchups.

No Steeler love here =(
Winning against the Cowboys would really relieve some stress, but really its a game that doesn't matter all too much (unless Ravens lose out then the Steelers can win the division). Steelers will still be in control of their own destiny where winning the last 2 games will guarantee them a wildcard spot

GL everyone!!

I keep hearing the NFC is the better conference, but looking at the top teams the AFC to me has heavier hitters. Some great games on tap this weekend, can't wait to watch Denver/Baltimore. Love this time of the year.

My opinion is the AFC is the stronger conference. At the beginning of the season I would have given it to the NFC but I believe the tables have turned.

Indy has def. surprised me this year. I'm eager to see how Houston plays. Being from Houston it is obvious who I am rooting for but I'm happy for Luck and what he has done for the Colts.

Sigh...and the Steelers lose =/ the only bright side for us Steelers fans is that we still control our own destiny!! Win out and we're in, just can't win the division anymore even if Ravens lose out

good game tonight, I don't like the Pats but they almost had a comeback. that last return for the niners was big.  Harbaugh is looking like a genius putting in Kaepernick when Alex Smith wasn't doing horrible.

the thing with putting in CK is that CK IS the future of the team...it hurts, even me, to say this but alex smith doesn't have a future as a starting QB with the niners :/

That game was nutts. I had a feeling the pats would come back. Sitting pretty up 4 td's I was still thinking, it's far from over, it's freaking tom brady, just cuz we shut them down one half doesn't mean it's gonna stay that way. On the other hand, my position on CK is still the same. There was maybe one play the whole game that Alex couldn't have made that Ck did and a whole bunch of plays taht he could have that ck didn't. I still think Alex should be the one to lead us this year. I think kaep is the future. And the future probably starts next year but I am a strong believer that he's not the type of quarterback we need this year. We need to manage the game clock and keep the ball and let our defense work. We'll score when we have to, but then again, the way akers is kicking, I'm starting to rethink what I just said.
Either way, GREAT GAME! niners pullin through and i'm luvin it

I don't agree with starting CK over Smith. I agree CK, with his scrambling ability, causes more looks on defense, but I think what Smith has done with SF the past two years earned him the starting role. Why sit your starter when you are winning with him? I hope a team that needs a good QB picks up Smith.

All i can say is what a great win on San Fran's part least night. I live hours away from Foxborough so I've been raised to be a Patriot fan, however I'm a 49 fan. CK might have not seemed to be the best choice to start, but he sure did his job in the long run. *Win over Patriots

Niners/Patriots was a great game. I'm surprised the Niners D held Brady to 3pts in the 1st half. That ball was slippery last night. Players on both teams had issues securing the ball.
