I bought this board for my shop and it is not in good enough condition to resell which means some one here is getting a free board. It is a white burton t6 162 from 2007/2008. I want to the person that receives this board to cover shipping and handling. PM me thanks

If derby doesn't take it I'll pay shipping for it and give it to my brother-in-law (life-long skier).  I had him on a snowboard for the first time in April in Breck and he did pretty well but isn't completely convinced he wants to move from skiing to snowboarding.  This may help convince him.

Say what you want about condish' that Terje board is a nice ride.  Might be a little too aggro for Ctoma's brother-in-law but who am I to judge . . . .

EDIT:  P.S. that is solid irony.  How does this part go?

that's an 06/07 just to clarify, not that it matters too much.  the 07/08 was the black top with colored base that had scratch marks.

anyway, not clear on the situation here.  you bought it for your shop, as in you work for a shop and it was part of the seasonal burton order, and it showed up in bad enough condition that you couldn't sell it?  otherwise i'm not sure what you mean.

ahhh right, this is the wonsnow guy.  gotcha.

still seems a little weird.  if you bought it and it arrived in a condition that was too harsh to resell, why does that constitute you having to give it away and take the hit?

Alright thanks for the clarification on the year, I was sure it was an 07.

The deal is I'm starting a used snowboard shop online, there is a topic in the ask other riders that covers it under WonSnow. I bought this board for that purpose, however the condition does not meet expectations to resell and I have little to no use for it.

He's probably buying boards off of forums and Craigslist, and then reselling them for whatever profit he can.

That's my assumption anyway.

Spenser I kinda agree with you.

I wonder if its rideable or if one would just turn it into a decoration piece

I'll take 3rd in line if noone else has claimed it already Big smile

EDIT: And I'll already call dibs pre-emptively on any more "too damaged" boards you get in the 154 to 162 range.  My lil bro has been renting for 5 years and it's time he owned his own stick.

Yes, consider it payment for all the time I put into designing the logo for your web site... and it was a lot of time and effort, not to mention creativity.  The logo is still here somewhere buried on my network drive, let's see if I can dig it up...

Besides, it's not for me (too long), it's to convert a skier to snowboarding.  Maybe -b is correct, it's too much board for someone starting out but on the other hand if the cost is just paying for the shipping...

Speaking of payment, you still haven't paid my invoice.

If your girlfriend gets on your case about what you do with YOUR money or what you collect, you need a new girlfriend.

The LT pin system is definitely a big upgrade, but even with the upgraded burners I don't like those highbacks.  My wife is running those but I'm riding the blaze baseplates with custom straps and highbacks
