ALL ITEMS ARE GONE!
Well, I never thought this would happen, or even fathomed the slightest possibility of having to quit snowboarding, but now I must move on. I received a letter in the mail yesterday which stated my acceptance once more to the University of Texas and reminded me of my orientaion coming in a few weeks, but attached to the letter was a personal message from the track and feild assistant coach who cordially invited me to stay another two days prior to orientation to train with the team. Following a physical, drug test, and fitness exam, I will be admitted to join the team for my Freshman year on a scholarship which grants me $15,000 a year(basically everything I need after other scholarships and cash-in-hand).

So, what does this have to do with TruSnow Classifieds you ask? In order to be fully involved in the team, I must give up all of my favorite past-times such as snowboarding, freebording, and skating. It won't be easy, but one way to do this is to begin returning my karma to others. In my possesion are the following:

Sticks:
2010 Capita Indoor Survival fk size 152
2011 Capita Ultrafear fk size 147

Binders:
2011 Burton Missions size large
2011 Rome 390 Boss'ssss'(spell check?) size l/xl
2012 Union(of capita) Ultrafears size l/xl

Feet thingy's:
2012 Burton Invaders size 10
2011 Burton Motos size 9.5
2009 Rome Bodega size 11

I will be keeping one setup, in case of snow emergency, but the rest is up for grabs. If you are in dire need of gears, and honestly can't shove a few bucks towards a nice setup, PM me the following:

Your Name
Your Rider style/skill level
Your local mountain name
A brief description of what you ride now and why you need a new plank, binders, or snowshoes.
And finally, for my amusement, answer the following question: "What is a nickname you've been given and why is it so?"

For all you lazy folk,
SPARK NOTES!:
I quit snowboarding, you want free shit, pm me with the above-mentioned questions and get free shit.

There'll be time for riding after the work is done.  You'll be so busy over the next four years you won't miss it too bad.  And when you come back to it you'll have a new appreciation for it.
Congrats man.Clap

Congratulations ConDominantOne! Its always good to hear good news.

Dont look at it as if you're 'quitting snowboarding'. Just look at it as taking a break. I havent been able to go boarding for the past couple of years for various reasons, but Im going to start up again this next season. I cant wait.

But anyway, good luck and congrats!

OP, I think I've ripped on you online in the past, but this is a cool idea.
kudos for thinking of it, and good luck in school next year.

UT girls are banging.

Hope the gear goes to someone who truly needs it.

Well, I honestly don't need the money right now, and it seems right to pass it on to someone who doesn't have the resources I did.

Alka, I respect you for your ripping skills. It defines you and I hope it never changes for the sake of the good old days.

Just closed one item with a local kid I used to rip on for his style. The lucky item is none other than the Rome bindings! Got 14 new messages to go through! I don't recall specifying, but I am willing to pay shipping to the contiguous 48 states. More descisions will be made within a few days

Nice job Con, I don't feel worthy to be in the running for any of this stuff so I'll leave it to others less fortunate than myself.  Good luck, and good on ya!

I love that you're passing on your stuff to the needy and wish you good luck in the future.  However, it must be said that YOU'RE A PUNK FOR DITCHING SNOWBOARDING.  So there!

Have fun in school, Austin looks like a ripping good time.  And I've heard there is some decent wakeboarding down there, if you can do it without getting busted by the team.

Who haven't you ripped online?

Not sure, do you want to give me a list so I can cross reference them against the full member list so I can see who's been missing out on all the fun?

@ConDominantOne- I'd totally pay for shipping (etc.) if you could hook up my buddy with some boots and/or bindings.  He's not going to come up on money for new stuff this season I just know it.  I've got an old board he'll probably use, but the other stuff of his is hit beyond repair.

Dude, you should keep all your stuff!  You won't be in college forever.  That time flies by actually. Tho I guess you'll have a good excuse to shop for all new gear in a few years.

The list of who you haven't ripped should be much shorter than the list of those you have ripped...

This is truly a generous thought. Congrats on the scholarship. I don't truly need any of the gear, so I won't message you. However if you should decide on selling the Ultrafear binders, I would be interested.

Well, that's it folks, the last pair of bindings were just shipped out on friday.  I just discovered wakeboarding (First day at a cable park and am doing rodeos and raleys) and I think in my off time, i'll do that to keep my sanity. Thanks for the years of support to all of you guys! Espescially the ones who's videos and advice helped me progress in snowboarding! (Alka, if you read this, the only reason I had the balls to do a backflip back in the day is because of your video!) Stay Fresh TruSnow!
