I really thought ucla was gonna beat stanford yesterday in the pac 12 championship gane-especially haven just lost to them days before

well ill be a monkeys uncle. GO BAMA!!!! that was an amazing game. it was basically the championship.

I just cant forsee notre dame beating alabama

Honestly, this title game seems a little boring to me. I recognize that both teams are very talented, but I guess I'm just tired of Alabama, and never liked watching Notre Dame play. That being said, I think Bama is going to take the national title over Notre Dame without much struggle. The Rose Bowl game seems more appealing in my eyes.

I think this year more than others, both teams have a good chance in the game.  

I agree-arkansas will never trump bama, lsu, florida or even south carolina for that matter

Personally i thought manti te'o should've won the heisman-i was a little dissapointed in that voting

Im starting to hear rumors of saban returning to the nfl-possibly the browns-the team he used to coach for under belichik in the 90's

Some of these bowl games like the idaho potato bowl from yesterday are so aweful and pointless. Theyre more dead than a meaningless, midseason, non conference game

The Rose bowl is a bore. Wisconsin is good this year. Not great, but good. And a 3rd place (and I'll add "unranked) Big10 team against Stanford is kindof a joke. Wisconsin plays good defense, but Furd's frontline is just beastly. The Cardinal should win that one outright.

I think they would have, had they not ended the season on that 2-game skid Utah State and San Jose State obviously saw something in the film to help figure the offense out (not a whole lot, but enough to grab the W). Would they have defeated LA Monroe? Probably. And the underdog is seldom rewarded in the BCS, so they should have taken what they were offered.

The Granddaddy of them all is lookin pretty decrepit this year... Wisconsin MIGHT put on a show, but we all know they don't really deserve to be there.

Stanford loses Andrew Luck and still wins the Rose Bowl. How good is that program right now.

That officiating crew should be fired for that shit! That ball was a good 3" short of the marker. But kudos to the SC defense (namely Clowney) for not giving up after getting bent over. The hit, and subsequent fumble recovery were nothing short of stellar.

Really looking forward to the Oregon, K State game tonight. I'll be watching part of it from the gym, as I need to get back in my workout routine.  I am totally routing for K State, and it could be a very good matchup, as both teams have had a heap of time to prepare. That said, I think the time off benefits the Ducks a bit more, as it's really hard to train to keep up with the tempo of their offense, if you don't have people who can simulate it for a full 60 minutes.

I think the ducks will win it but I'd love to see Klein put on a show and keep it competitive

If you take away Collin Klein's running game he's not a good enough QB to keep the offense moving.  He can hit the underneath throws but once you force him to throw down field you know K-State is in trouble.

Your SEC bias is unwavering, CDS. That game was 2 seasons ago, and just as Auburn is a much different team than at that time, so is UO. But as long as we're on the aged argument train, Auburn also beat Bama that year, in Tuscaloosa no less. So by your logic, Bama sucks too.

i can't believe someone actually tried to compare college teams from 1 year to another...you do know that players graduate and/or leave early for the nfl draft? so, every year is going to be different team...

Aggies vs. Sooners tonight..in a matchup of old Big12 opponents. Too bad OU is always bad at the bowl games, it's going to give SEC another win over the Big12. But, how did a middle-of-the pack Big12 team become a powerhouse in the SEC in 1 year? Maybe the Big12 is actually that good...and the SEC is overrated?

I am really bummed I'm gonna have to miss the second half of tonight's game! I have a college course in the evenings that starts TODAY at 7 pm PT. I'll watch the first half, and i guess just get updates on my phone after that.. sob story! GO IRISH!
