looks like the signing of the season so far ozil does...playing with a smugness and pompousness to him...he just looks at everyone else on the pitch like he knows he's better than them.

Yeah, it should be a good one. Would love a Pool win, but a draw would be a good result. Gooners are playing well, despite b team loss to Chels.

I would take a draw for Liverpool, but I agree a win on the road would be massive. SAS will score it will come down to if we can defend.

Happy with the blues yesterday at home to schalke...strikers are starting to score and I'm glad jose put hazard in the stands. Has been poor lately and he missed a training sessions. Hoping for a big win at the weekend against west brom and hopefully a draw between arsenal and united. Still want mata to play more but I have faith in Jose.

Man the French never cease to disappoint...losing to 2-0 to Ukraine in Kiev. It does make for a nice return leg in Paris. Ronaldo leading Portugal to a win as well. It seams Ribery is the front runner for the Ballon d'Or (no idea how in front of Ronaldo) but if they don't qualify and Portugal do because of Ronaldo's goal he must win the award then no?

Hmm, don't be surprised if Messi still gets it. He is Blatter's golden boy... This is the 1st year I think Ronny actually deserves to win, he is by no means a team player, but he is a freak plain and simple.

Really did not see Ukraine winning the tie, return leg will be massive

Blatter really is an idiot as is Platini really...I can't believe he said what he said about the two. Ron has scored 16 league goals in 12 games and 8 UCL goals in 4 games...thats 24 goals on the season in the top 2 competitions and it was the first week of November...unbelievable he must win and I'm not even a fan of his really.

Yeah. I think it's Ronaldo's turn this year.

Ribery or Ibra maybe getting close, Ibra goes missing in a lot of big games though.

wow anybody see that ronaldo vs zlatan game...unreal...like a game of fifa in real life. France's comeback was very well deserved because Ukraine didn't deserve to go through...Ronaldo has to be player of the year after this.

so happy for lampard today...he's been getting a lot of sh!t on the chelsea supporters forums for getting picked so often and "not producing". he loves to score and especially against west ham. also gotta say i love that we played the 4-3-3 today. reminded me of our power teams of 04-06...also a cracker this morning with everton and liverpool...happy for lukaku to score a brace...up the blues!

That was a big moment in the match when he missed. Really came from nothing. The fullback hadn't beat anybody all game and then took 3 players on like they were children.

arsenal's score line definitely looked way too glamorous then the rest of the game implicated. close at 1-0 the whole way until the 2nd went in. Excited for the games tomorrow.

great results for the blues today...a tough but convincing 3-1 win after an awful start. pool losing and spuds and united drawing is making chelsea look good in the table.

Some wild games today...chelsea beating Sunderland in a nervy shoot out 4-3, unite losing to Everton at home for the first time in 21 years (what the hell is Moyes doing), and Suarez absolutely losing his mind with 4 goals (first one was insane).

United States head coach Jurgen Klinsmann described his team's World Cup draw as "the worst of the worst" after it was pooled with Germany, Portugal and Ghana in one of two "Groups of Death."

Yew, Pool back into 2nd. Some crazy results again last night.... Moyes must be getting worried.

Arsenal - Everton should be a good game tonight.

Liverpool could be in trouble for the rest of December. In the next 4 games they are at Tottenham, Man City, and Chelsea. They won't have Sturridge and Gerrard is a maybe with a hamstring issue today.

I don't even want to talk about the Chelsea result...unbelievable really but totally describes this team lack of balance...win or lose up the blues...

Moyes has been breaking records over there...first everton in 21 years and now Newcastle in 40+ years and two in a row at old trafford in 12 years...wild stuff. It really just shows how much that bastard Fergie meant to that team and this league.

Yeah, Fergie really must have had an amazing presence in the change room. Not to mention tactics.

Bring on City next week! Pool will get Pelligrini sacked next. Hah ha.

Yew, top of the table, been waiting a while to see Pool up there. Could be short lived, but I see a draw between Chelski and the Arse tomorrow.
