burton gloves for this season

I love burton hard goods (boards bindings even their boots) BUT thier gloves SUCK!!! You want a sick pair of gloves go with the brand called LEVEL - best gloves EVER. I've ripped (came apart at the seam) so many burton gloves so easily and my level gloves lasted me 3 years of hard abuse. I bought two types for this year a park glove and a sweet deep powder glove. Their venting system is awesome, and they hold up so well. Do yourself the favor and consider level. Some level gloves even have a built in removable wrist guard, size up if ya want to use the wrist guard though.

Not to contradict this, but I've not had similar experience with my level or Burton gloves.  Having gone thru a pair of Levels in a single season put a damper on my opinion of them.  Add to that the fact that I've had a pair of Burton goretex gloves that have been kicking it for almost 3 years now.... obviously i would think differently than Bagelzzz.

But i will agree with the above poster.... spring a few extra bucks on the Goretex glove and you wont be disappointed.  Mine even came with a thin liner that I leave in my center console for those cold morning drives to work.

Now tht I think about it. I never had gore tex burton. That prob is the factor. But ultimately, you don't want to go cheap on gloves. I had four pairs of cheaper burton gloves and the money I spent on four could've gotten me atleast one maybe two expensive more durable quality gloves.

^ I agree with this 100%.

All companies skimp on their entry level products.  A few extra dollars now tends to go a long way later... no matter the company or the type of gear.  You get what you pay for.

There are some sick deals on gloves from past years that work great. Im waiting to get my free binding coupon to pick up a pair. You cant beat burton gloves for 35 bucks

The stitching on my Drop mittens starting coming undone after 2 months.

I have been sporting Burton Dynasty Gortex gloves the past year and love them.

I've owned the burton baker gloves before...while my roommates bought the gortex....mine only lasted a season (at best) and there's lasted multiple seasons.

At the moment, I'm using Dakine Scout mitts...they are keeping my hands extremely warm! I use mine ALOT..so they are starting to wear down on me already.
