D Rose looks good in 5 on 5...I say no need to come back early, bulls are in easy.

Yea I agree, rose makes the bulls the 2nd best team in the east. I don't think they can beat the heat unless Lebron gets hurt. I think rose needs another star on his team.

Warriors are just looking terrible right now.... first half was full of turnovers and we just can't stop anybody right now. At this point in time, Bogut doesn't seem to be the answer we were looking for but I think it's a chemistry thing. Hopefully we can get things going but we really need to end this losing streak at 6 tonight.

Rose needs a few weeks to get his game legs. It took Dirk about a few weeks after coming back to be able to do some of the stuff he does and he's still not playing like he used to. If Rose starts playing too late, it might affect their chances in the playoffs. I would let him back on the court and ease him in about a month before the playoffs start. With the team playing at this level without him, I think they will contend for the East along with the Heat and Pacers.

Warriors are just playing like they're supposed to. They were playing way over their league in the first half of the season.

Ya, Rose should still sub in to get reps during games. U can't say that the team is good so he doesn't need to play till the playoffs, that would be the wrong decision

haha you really think so? they got the win tonight, but it WAS against the suns. ionooo I'm still a believer, but may just be setting myself up for disappointment. Big test next game against the Spurs. I still think we can be a fifth or fourth seed team. a lot of basketball to be played. just gotta wait and see what happens!

Yes! No better way to honor JBuss by destroying Boston. Dwight is sick, when he's on it, the whole team benefits.

Looks like the Sacramento Kings are clearing salary again..getting cheaper players so the owners can pocket more money before they sell the team...I feel bad for the Kings fans that their team owner is not in it for the wins..but just for the money.

I am glad they are going to seattle though.  Portland needs that Northwest Rivalry again.

Most owners are in it for money and wins help get you there.  They just weren't giving fans a reason to go to the games, and that is why they are needing to sell.

^ I'm sure many owners are in it for the money, but they know that they need to put a good product on the court to make that money. The Maloofs want to make the money without putting out a good product. Contrast that to teams like the Lakers or the Knicks who are not afraid of pay good money for the best players so they can generate more money from the product they put on the floor.

I think that is very true. I think the best owners do that - in any sport.  But also, usually those owners are in larger markets.  I am trying to think of smaller markets that have been really success because of a larger payroll.  Oklahoma City?

But the Maloofs problems are more than just being stingy with payroll and cashing out.  They haven't made the decisions to run a good operation.

Yep...the Maloofs are clueless and they need out of the NBA...they are bad for the sport.

Smaller market teams with larger payrolls:

#6 Memphis
#10 San Antonio
#11 OKC

Dallas is #23..and their record this year show it...

The warriors game last night was CRAZYYYY. still not sure if I can dig the new uni's. I think it only really works with Barnes cuz he has the right build for it. Other than that, everyone else just looks meh. despite that, i can for sure dig the win. We really needed that strong statement win at home after enduring the 6 game losing streak. Hopefully we can build up that momentum again

Yes passed....Lakers stood pat.

3-0 since the break...solid win today in Dallas...Kobe went off for over 40 last game and 38 today...and super high shooting percentage.  Dwight wasn't great today offensively but is picking up his game and making big difference on D.

yea, I saw that about Kobe. I have him and Metta on fantasy. Metta was 0/6 with 1 ft, horrible for him, but Kobe tore it up

Blazers snapped their 6-game skid today, (don't worry.. I'm sure they'll find another one soon lol). My buddy had gone over to Portland to watch the game. Not a bad way to wrap up his weekend :)

Kobe was too damn good today. The shots he made.... goddamn... and yeah it does look like theyre gonna make the playoffs.
Warriors gutted out a win, but it shouldn't have been that hard since it was against the t-wolves. But a win is a win, and exactly what we needed to start this road trip

Oh sweet....another nice test today.  Denver is a tough place to play and on a back to back...this is not a must win but a nice game to steal in an effort to make the push.

Pretty frustrating game to watch! Man, too much yelling at the court. Only thing good that night was I got to give Dwight a High-5....and now my free throws will never go in again. hahah.

yeah, tough loss there after a big win.  Look at Dwight high-fiving and earning fans.  I think he'll need to do a lot more of that.

I wouldn't say a bad game. They were up by 9, surrendered that lead then fought back to win it in O/T. Lebron grabbing 40pts 16 assists and Wade dropping 39 is a massive night

Dude, curry today... too damn dirty. but j r was pretty good today. but offensive rebounds killed the warriors. Went straight to 3's and curry's crazy effort went to waste. so disappointing. But curry was just so dirty today, 11-13 for 3's. I was so upset how jack took the ball in the closing minute of the game.

Me and my friends got tixs to the Clippers vs OKC game tomorrow. Sooo excited. It'll be my first NBA game. I've been to a few Lakers exhibition games, but nothing during the season. Can't wait!!! It should be a really good game too :-)

A decent comeback in the second half by the clippers to make it close but OKC were able to hang on to win 108-104

Freek'n nice!! I love watching the Clippers, such a fun team to watch. Its gonna be a really fun game.

Where are you sitting?

It was so much fun. We were sitting true nosebleed in 322, row 10. It's sooo dark up there, haha. It was still fun cuz there was about 6 of us & OKC is killing them, then I thought it was gonna go into OT. Very close game at the last 4 min, totally worth watching.
