Powder, blue trails, and boxes. I think I can be happy all season with these three.

For me, everything gets better with Powder.

I love Glade riding, but add some powder in there, and it's now epic.
I like jumps in the park, add some pow on that, and you can launch and land in the softness.
I like to hit some boxes, pow makes everything softer if you come off the box.
Are you a green run type of guy, pow will make it loose and playful.
Double Diamonds got you down?  Not on a snorkel day!

So really, pow is my favorite thing up there.

I love all if it (except maybe double blacks and round rails) but if we're picking favorites I'd say pow and long runs. Don't care if it's steep or mellow, just a nice long cruise.

And natural features - I'd much rather find natural jumps off-trail than the park jumps with little flags.

^We share a lot of the same weather.  We don't get crap for pow either, but it is an amazing feeling.  Have you gotten to Mt. Bohemia in the U.P. of MI?  That's the closest I've come to the feeling all our peeps on here from out west get every season.

Like mixing long blue and green trails. Resort pow and groomers. But my favorite is the trail that'd not crowded.
is it just me? or is common sense not that common.

Obviously powder is the ultimate.

I really enjoy the challenge trees add as well. Then I'd probably go park after that. Blues make me bored after a few runs.

Haven't gone there yet, should add that to my list.  Most of the bus trips we take are out to Vermont... Jay Peak got dumped on 4 ft right before we arrived, so that was sweet... but it wasn't nearly as vast as the open run I had at the top of Whistler, that beautiful bluebird morning.  I remember feeling so amazed that I was standing right next to the tips of pine trees.

Nothing like powder! I'm also into doing glades but it wears you down a lot quicker. Blues and green runs are nice when I feel lazy. But as long as there's good snow it's a good day.

It's tough to beat a Back Country day after a fresh snow.  To bad lately they have been few and far between.
