My 2 latest orders within 30 days qualify for the price adjustment, but it's not giving me the option of applying one and I have sent a message to customer support but it has been like over a week and still no response. Plus my most recent order was canceled because apparently they're trying to sell more than what they have in stock. So, still waiting...

No, the price adjustment still works. I did it a month ago but now it's not doing it anymore. I know right? They should keep account of how much they have in stock like most sites.

I have never had a problem with any of my orders, however I usually shop elsewhere because TruSnow is not that competitive to other internet stores.

customer service here has definitely been subpar. I recently purchased and it took 3 days to actually ship. Don't get me started on resetting my free goggle coupon, still trying to do that. Like bunny sloper said, I now just come here out of habit of going to the forums.

I had it happen to me. Same kind of deal it was only like 5 bucks so I didnt lose sleep over it but I get where you are coming from. I would have atleast liked a response

i spoke to Lia today actually about an issue i had with my order. she was great and super helpful. hopefully they can source the stock for your order soon and you get things worked out.
and im just curious, the price adjustment only works within changes in prices on the website right? its not like a price match or anything like that right? |
