Not sure what hit my Von Zipper Dojo goggle lens last season but there is a semi-deep scratch on the outer lens. Is there anyway I can salvage these lens? They are discontinued and I love these lens.

Hide it with Wite-Out and then use a highlighter to match the colour. Also a good opportunity to add on custom designs with a Sharpie. It's called lense tattooing. Would be so sick bro.

No there's this new kind of Sharpie where if you looked at it from the back side you can see through but if you look at it from the surface you can't see through. Its like those two way mirrors

Have you looked at replacement lenses for your goggs? Normally they are fairly decently priced. I have a bunch of lenses for my Oakley wisdoms for different conditions. Check Ebay.

Yeah, deep scratches usually mean "permanent" I had to replace a couple of lenses on some of my goggles, kind of annoying. The scratches were on a place were it would mess up visibility. Deep scratch= replacement lens.

I read that on here years ago and tried it with tiny scratches on my EG2.5 lenses this year (yes with plain white paste, not gel) and it didn't work.

Really? Then I guess it only works on specific conditions then like maybe lens type and depth of scratch or something.

yeah i just did it on my spy platoons and it actually turned the entire lens into a perfect fire iridium. Make sure you let it sit for at least 48 hours.

the tooth paste can take out scratches that aren't too deep as tooth paste is an abrasive and may be able to blend the scratch if anything. Worst case, by another lense
