Travis Rice is back (apparently with a name change) at Baldface for this year's massively epic event. Riders are dropping on February 15th, and NBC Sports will show the Red Bull Signature Series event on March 30th at 1:30p Eastern. Aside from the top 8 riders from last year returning, 4 wildcards were invited (including Torstein), and McMorris should've gotten the invite via his X-Games win. So glad you posted this mommehK, I was just looking all over to see if they were doing it again. Apparently searching for "supernatural 2013" wasn't working for a reason. I did just see a post from Travis late in the day talking about Ultranatural. But no other deets were included.
I can't wait I'll be watching with my boner pants on
 Though it'll make me sad to see it realizing I didn't get any deep pow to play in this season (fingers are still crossed, but I know I'm not making it to Bohemia this season). |

Def think McMorris should've gotten an invite but I remember he had a tough time with the course. He was really taken out of his comfort zone. At least DCP will rep Canada. I just hope he doesn't hurt his knee again.

Nice! I'm really excited for this, thanks for the heads-up. I think year two will be way better, now that the riders know what to expect and the crew knows where more features were needed (i.e. the middle section where a bunch of the guys wandered around unable to find anything).

Like mentioned above I hope the features flow a little bit better this time around, its seemed like on Supernatural they all hit a top feature then had a tough time hitting anything in the middle. I'll probably be rooting for Pat Moore |

I can't wait to watch this! The talent is all coming together nicely! McMorris was crap last year but his X-games gold will hopefully give him a bump of confidence. Fair play to Trice for creating this event, he's like a wise, old, calm guy that just happens to kick ass and be content it staying out of the public eye.

McMorris should've gotten the invite by default with his X-Games win...that's why he said that. He had a terrible time of it last year, seemed like he couldn't keep his nose up. I'm so stoked to see him going back!
TRice said they've thinned out some more trees at the top, moved/changed/added features so there should be much better line flow for all riders. They had some avy damage back in December, and I bet that's why they're riding a few weeks later this year than last. |

this years course revamped 32K acres+16 riders with the prize money of 75K ..glad to hear that Bode and Horgmo are participating...and of course this wouldn't be the same without the legend Terje.
