Yeah man it is hard to know what threads already exist and while I do have quite a bit of free time on my hands I still don't have enough to read all of the threadsWink

I'll admit it's kind of watery.  But out of the major half-assed cheap light beers around it's probably my fav.  Coors light, milller lite all suck and give me a headache.  If I was rich though it's be Becks 24/7.

I personally prefer craft beers. I don't think I can really pick a favourite because there are quite a handful that stand out that it's hard to keep track of all of them. I prefer to go to places that have craft beer on tap and just try them. Live a little. My dad makes some good stuff though but he's always making something different.

When I went to Japan, my friend introduced me to plum sake and it was the smoothest alcoholic beverage I have ever drank, but then again I've always been drinking rum.  LOL  But anyways, the sake went down so smooth like water that you forget you're drinking alcohol so needless to say I went visiting the porcelain god later that night.  LOL

It's then blessed by a Mountie who's watching hockey while a moose rubs his antlers on the barrel in the back of a Tim Horton's.  It's very Canadian.  Big smile

Pretty impressive.  He might deserve a pass because he was new to the site (I think that was his 2nd post), so maybe he sorted the forum in a strange way and didn't look at the date, therefore didn't know he was continuing a conversation from 7 years ago.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just saw his other revival of "breakfast of choice on riding days."  Apparently, this guy is looking tirelessly for a conversation of his liking.

Well, since you are from back then, you should know that Sideways is the new sheriff of these here forums, so naturally this will get his attention.  But at least you're not spamming.  Nobody gets away with that.

I wholeheartedly disagree with that.  Resurrecting a thread that has been dormant for 7 years is just plain old asinine.  If no one else bothered to add something over the course of 7 years why do you think you should bring it back from the dead?  Pointless... well, not really since you get a point for posting a necromancer post but the point of your point is pointless.

I think it's better to revive a dead thread if he has something relevant to say rather than to make a new one because we all know how threads get lost in the abyss since the search function blows, so kudos to him for finding such a dead thread.  LOL

^^ I don't know where the beer thread went.  For those of us that truly enjoy craft brews, it was a good topic with discussion and recommendations.  But there were so many people that posted on it every day something basically the same to get their 5 points for the day.

Day 1: Coors Light Yo!
Day 2: Uhhhhh Buuud Liiiight!
Day 3: Carona Mo-Fo!
Day 4: Miller Light Son!
Day 5: obligatory "I only drink lighter fluid" comment
Day 6:  *chirp* *chirp*
Day 7: i'm so hung over... Dead
