oooh damn... condo at hunter you say? Tongue

i ride hunter though it's like the Mountain Creek of the Catskills. That place can get pretty crowded so sometimes I just go next store to Belleayre. Belleayre just upgraded and now has a Express Quad. That should alleviate their slower lift.

I've been to hunter a few times - decent place. Got too crowded for my taste though.
I kinda liked windham the few times I was there. Much more layed back, much less crowded. Not as big, but decent.

I'm here for the gangbang....

yeah i admit, it defintelyyy can get crowded but once you know your way around the mountain, you wouldnt believe how much a difference it makes to take the triple lift halfway up, than to take the double blue lift all the way up to the top, things like that. not gunna lie, you feel pretty slick finding a way to get to the top of the mountain in 10 mintues when a lot of people just go straight onto that quad line, when on the other side of the quad the wait sometimes isnt more than 5 minutes.  i've been riding there all season, and i still havent even gotten near the rails or anything. im always tempted, but i just dont want to risk it and mess up my wrist or something with spring sports coming up. i havent gotten a chance to hit up bellayre yet, but i think ill go a time or two before the season ends and everything.

by the way, i got one of those season pass things and their great, but you know my dads friend, everytime he comes he never even buys a ticket, theres only one old guy with bad teeth in a red jacket who checks, and he always stays towards the bottom. i'm not advertising to do so, but i just think its crazy how easy it is to get away with it

speaking of that, i saw a kid today try to get on the gondola at mountain creek and the guy checking the tickets caught him and wound up calling security. the kid started to walk away when the lift ticket guy went into the booth to call and noticed, so he dropped the phone and chased him.. it was pretty funny.
