Yeah, free is free, can't really complain. But having the rules spelled out so we know what to expect would be nice.
That was my issue. I hopefully don't sound like too much of an ass for complaining about free stuff, but just knowing what's what would have been nice. It would have saved all this credit card hassle to begin with.
My second issue was with the availability of product. The inventories of what I thought was available product was super low... now that I know what is available to choose from, the appropriate product is basically non-existent.
