Try some post workout recovery supplement. If you never tried some before, you'll love it. I had some Muscle Pharm Recon which was great. Don't feel as sore post work out when I took that. Their pre workout Assualt is pretty damn good, too. I need to re-up on some more Recon though, ran out of it recently. Currently just drinking my weight gainer shake post workout and then some Casein before I go to bed.
