I have a decent chest and arms (working on both). For what reason does my stomach stick out and what can i do to bring it in (without holding my breath for long periods)?
Some people just have thicker core's so this might make it look like you have a pot belly. Otherwise just start smashing the cardio and you should see it begin to disappear
